Sualiho M. Koroma | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Koroma drives the strategic vision, commercial expansion, and high-level stakeholder relations for PGF-SL. Biography: With extensive on-the-ground experience in project management, environmental consultancy, and business development within Sierra Leone, Mr. Koroma has successfully guided the company since its inception. He oversees all day-to-day corporate operations, ensures strict statutory compliance, and manages relationships with government ministries, international donors, and private sector clients. His leadership balances commercial success with measurable community impact.

Ranita A. Sandi-Koroma | Managing Director (MD)

Ms. Sandi-Koroma leads the company’s technical strategy, environmental policy design, and compliance frameworks.Biography: Ms. Sandi-Koroma holds an MSc in Global Environment & Sustainability from the University of London. She is a highly regarded sustainability expert specializing in Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), climate resilience, and sustainable development policies. Representing Sierra Leone’s environmental sector on the global stage, she has shared her expertise at international forums, including an appearance on the globally broadcast Global Careers Calls (Acast podcast). She ensures that all PGF-SL infrastructure and consultancy projects align with international best practices.

Boima Fahnbulleh | Operations Manager

Mr. Fahnbulleh directs field execution, project logistics, and site supervision. Biography: Appointed to the executive team, Mr. Fahnbulleh brings a hands-on approach to managing PGF-SL’s diverse project portfolio. He coordinates day-to-day operations across multiple districts, managing field staff, ensuring strict adherence to engineering timelines, and enforcing health, safety, and quality control protocols on every active job site.
